The main features of JKY70/65 vacuum extruder are:： (1) The extrusion pressure is high, up to 4.5Mpa at the maximum, and the normal working pressure is 4.0Mpa; the moisture content of the extruded brick is low, and the strength of the 15-20% wet blank is 0.3-0.4Mpa; (2) It has strong adaptability to raw materials, and the mixed mud materials such as shale rock, coal slag, and stone powder can meet the requirements of brick making, and can meet the molding requirements. It is suitable for the production of standard bricks, block bricks, rectangular bricks and hollow bricks with high porosity. (3) It is very easy and convenient to replace the machine head, and the product specifications and varieties can be adjusted at any time. The performance is reliable, the failure rate is low, and the maintenance amount is small. (4) The independent all-steel structure of the upper stage reducer of the main engine has passed the processes of quenching and tempering, quenching, heat treatment, etc., and the lower stage uses Liuhang 1600 reducer. Universal joint connector, very effective to improve stability and service life. (5) The main engine bearing is equipped with three sets of bearing technology, the weight of the whole machine is 42 tons.
